Booking terms and conditions

By making a booking, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions. Failure to comply with any of these terms will result in the loss of your non-refundable booking fee.

1. Non-refundable booking fee and payment
To secure your treatment, a 50% non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due on the day of treatment and must be paid via card using our card machine.
The booking fee secures your allocated treatment time and cannot be transferred, refunded, or used for another client.

2. Cancellations and rescheduling
Any rescheduling or cancellation must be made at least 72 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your non-refundable booking fee.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in full payment liability for the remaining treatment balance.
Clients may reschedule their booking via the link provided in their appointment confirmation email, adhering to the 72-hour notice requirement.

3. Age requirements
All clients must be 18 years or older at the time of treatment.
If you cannot provide ID when requested, treatment will not proceed, and your booking fee will be forfeited.
Children are not permitted on the premises. Arrival with anyone under 18 will result in cancellation of treatment and loss of the booking fee.

4. Medical suitability and safety
You must inform us prior to booking if you are taking any medications, have any diagnosed medical conditions, have a history of anaphylaxis, an autoimmune disorder, or are taking immune-suppressing medications. This is required to determine treatment suitability.
You must not receive a seasonal flu vaccination within one week before or after your treatment.
We cannot treat you if you are unwell, have an infection (including viral, bacterial, or cold sores), are pregnant, breastfeeding, or less than 6 weeks post-partum.
We cannot treat you if you have had surgery or have surgery planned within 2 weeks either side of your appointment.
It is recommended that you attend a consultation prior to booking any treatment. We will not be held accountable if treatment cannot go ahead due to suitability, medical, or safety reasons.
For Botulinum Toxin appointments, you must attend a face-to-face consultation with a prescriber prior to the injectable treatment to ensure it is safe and suitable. Treatment appointments must be booked with sufficient time for prescription approval. Failure to comply will result in loss of your booking fee.

5. Treatment policies
SPMU top-ups must be booked within 4–6 weeks of your initial treatment. Top-ups within this period are free; failure to attend within 6 weeks will result in a charge.
Discounts and treatment packages cannot be combined with other offers or loyalty discounts.
Loyalty discounts apply to a single treatment only and will be applied to the treatment of lowest value.

6. Late arrivals
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be treated. The booking will be forfeited, including the non-refundable booking fee.

7. Third-party cancellations
If the clinic must cancel or rearrange an appointment, we will not reimburse travel or additional expenses incurred.

8. Third-party payments and legal acknowledgment
I acknowledge that my non-refundable booking fee secures my allocated treatment time. I confirm that I have personally registered and booked this treatment and that I am committed to attending.
Should I fail to attend without providing the required notice, I accept that my booking fee is forfeited.
I understand that attempts to withdraw this payment may result in legal action and that evidence of my acknowledgement may be provided to Stripe or Dojo representatives or my bank.
